Application Support Engineer (M/F)
Ubicentrex is looking for someone capable of setting up a third team within the company. Alongside the sales team (8 people) and the development team (11 people), a third team will be created to handle support.
The company:
As a leader in our field, we develop interactive VoIP and data solutions for call centres. We provide our customers with powerful software that combines calendar management with telephony. We are a dynamic, people-oriented company based in Strasbourg, close to the European Parliament.
As part of our company’s development, we are creating a department dedicated to application support. At the heart of our business, you will be in direct contact with our sales and development departments. You will also be a key point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers by telephone.
Identify and resolve technical issues.
Monitor and report resolutions internally and to customers.
Be proactive in proposing ideas for the continuous improvement of our tools.
Participate in related projects as needed.
Profile:
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science. You are comfortable on the telephone, particularly with customers. You are thorough, attentive and dynamic. You are a recent graduate or already have practical experience in this field. Remuneration according to profile.

Technical Sales Representative (M/F)
Position
As part of the Ubicentrex sales team, you will help develop the company’s sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for prospecting, customer follow-up and loyalty building.
Profile
You have good interpersonal skills and are dynamic, with a background in sales (Master’s degree or equivalent). You are proactive in a constantly evolving market.
Required skills:
You have a good command of sales techniques and marketing fundamentals.
You are interested in new technologies and are comfortable with prospecting.
You speak English.
Driving licence required.
Desirable skills:
You speak German or any other foreign language.
You are familiar with the remote secretarial and call centre market in France and abroad.
Responsibilities
You will join the Ubicentrex sales force and travel throughout France (and neighbouring countries) in search of new customers. You will also provide technical and commercial support to customers.

Responsibilities:
Developing a telemarketing solution for call centres.
Developing a teleconsultation solution for medical professionals.
Improving our existing solutions for hotlines and online appointment booking.
