Google Calendar synchronization
Work either on the Ubicentrex or Google calendar, the appointments will be identical on both sides.
How it works ?
It is possible to synchronize the Ubicentrex diary with the Google Calendar diary. The two calendars work together and copy each other each modification.
Bilateral synchronization
Synchronization works both ways. This means that the call center can work with the Ubicentrex calendar and the end customer with the Google Calendar calendar. Each appointment added, modified or deleted will be reflected on both sides, regardless of the calendar on which it was entered.
Ubicentrex advantages
Synchronization of the same Ubicentrex calendar can be done with several Google calendars. This can for example be practical in the case of the use of the same Ubicentrex diary by several people (several doctors in a practice).
